Our custom made sign is everything we wanted. This was exactly what I was looking for and was overjoyed when I found the Imperfect Wood Co. Emma was brilliant. She kept me informed of timescales and made us several designs to help find our perfect match. I requested a couple of changes and she immediately went back to the drawing board and resent my requests, no trouble at all. The final product is just like the image designed, I'm over the moon. It came perfectly packaged and it was very touching to read Emma's story enclosed. I'm so glad she found her passion out of a time of such sadness. I'm so happy to support this wonderful small business. They are absolutely perfectly Imperfect products and great customer service.

My partner and I decided we would buy each other a personal gift ‘with meaning’ for Christmas. I was over the moon when I found ‘the imperfect wood company’ online, in my search. My first comment is that I messed up, I didn’t realise the last ordering date for Christmas had passed, however a proof and my order was delivered way before Christmas- a huge thank you. When I opened the gift, I was over the moon! And so was my partner. A large wooden round sign with words that mean something to us. Thank you ever so much, it’ll be on our wall for a lifetime. I reached out to Emma with a need for a special Christmas present, but I was cutting it close. I also had a special logo that I wanted done in the exact font and details for my wife's business. Emma was quick to work with me to get the right details and explain what I was ordering - color, shape, size. I had requested something similar to another sign on the site and she worked in what I wanted to make it exactly as I desired. She sent the first proof and I requested a few changes. She worked those changes and sent it back immediately. Everything was set and the sign was made and delivered with a week to go before Christmas. The sign is beautiful, the logo matches exactly what I requested, and we are happy customers! Also, when getting a high quality sign special made and individually crafted, price is not a major factor but the price point for this service is by far a bargain! I highly recommend The Imperfect Wood Company! We'll be back with future small projects.
