Delivery Costs

We offer free delivery within mainland UK

Delivery Timescales: -As each product is handmade to order, please allow the stated production time, on the product page, to receive your item/s.  The production time gives you an indication of the maximum time it could take, however we are usually well within this time frame.

We use Royal mail 2nd class, 1st class, signed for service and specialist couriers.  This could mean that someone may need to be present to sign and collect the products. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to take delivery and The Imperfect Wood Company cannot be held responsible for any late, lost or unforseable event caused by a delivery date not being met. You shall be deemed to have accepted the goods after receiving delivery. It is your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it and we cannot refund any damaged deliveries that have not been logged by the courier firm at the point of delivery.

Returns

Standard Designs:

The Imperfect Wood Company is happy to offer an exchange or refund of the purchase price of any design you buy should you feel it is unsuitable. Simply return the design and any documentation in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Packaging and delivery costs are non-refundable. For your protection, when returning products, The Imperfect Wood Cpmpany recommends that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items to The Imperfect Wood Company.

Personalised Designs:

We regret that we cannot offer refunds for bespoke designs.
