How long will it take to receive my order?
The production time is stated on each product, please allow this time to receive your order. If you need it before this time please email email@example.com. We also have a ready made section, where the production time is not applicable. Just allow for the delivery time of 1-3 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking details. For international orders, please allow up to 21 days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) to receive your order, if you don’t receive it in this time then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this for you.
Can I leave a review for the product I purchased?
Yes absolutely! Please find the product you would like to review on the website and click on ‘Write a review’, complete the form and submit.
Do you accept returns?
We hope that you love everything you receive from us but if you do need to return an item then we ask that you do it within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that it is packaged well and is in a resalable condition. Please note we do not accept returns on personalised products unless we have made an error.
